Facebook group is great. Informative & friendly bunch.
Coaches are very helpful, the few times I’ve contacted them I’ve had a quick reply.

Joined Team RH because I saw Richie on Fb and what he said made so much sense. After years of yo yo dieting I am enjoying eating any food I want, things like bread and potatoes that I hadn't eaten for years. So yes counting calories absolutely worth the effort. Contacted the team as I wasn't losing weight anymore got a quick response pointing me in the right direction. Love the straight forward talking and advice of the team.

Avoid like the plague - tricked into paying a monthly direct debit for a year. Can’t afford at the moment because I’m self employed and got no work because of COVID. Do they care?! Not at all. Their attitude is disgusting, fat shaming people when they have no idea what’s going on in people’s lives. Always putting down other slimming clubs but at least they let you leave when you want to. It’d be easier leaving a cult! Love the fact they only reply to positive reviews on here as well ????

Love this programme all the guys in it actually care about us reaching our goals and not about making money. Best thing I ever did was sign up definitely recommend it to anyone no matter what ur situation is age, sex, previous knowledge it does not matter. Do yourself a favour and get signed up ASAP.

My experience very extremely poor, there advertisement is extremely misleading poor representation or what the really offer.

I love Team RH and my Team RH face mask, which is really comfortable. The mask arrived on 17 October, having placed the order for that, and some chocolate protein powder on 9 October.
The chocolate protein powder still hasn't arrived (1 November).
However, the lovely people at Team RH have reminded me that this was an advance order, and have given me a delivery date of early December. Thanks!

The best plan (won’t call it a diet as it isn’t!) I’ve ever been on. Weight is off and stayed off for the first time ever. No starving, no missing out on cakes and treats as long as it’s within my calories.
